The Art of Pizza ~ Why so many really aren't doing it right any more

It's usually pizza and 9 times out of 10, You'll get all sorts of requests from family members

Of What Type of Pizza it should be. Before you decide to rush over to your Phone and place an order,

Let me share with you which pizza companies to look for and which ones to steer clear from 

completely.

A THING OF THE PAST:

In my own memory, Ordering pizza was the equivalent of being physically there at any given restaurant, So the quality should not differ, At least I would think so.

This is what you should get every single time, I mean , Look at this gorgeous pie, you can see quality baked right into it. Unfortunately, Finding a good pizza restaurant is sadly becoming a thing of the past, Those not-so forgotten 'Mom and Pop" shops were mostly the ones that still haunt my own memories. Some of these  restaurants are :

• Shakey's Pizza
•  Marias Pizza
• Geovanne's pizza Palace
• Rocky's

THE CORPORATE  PIZZA DREAM

There are many entrepreneurs who would dive into the pizza making business and in doing so , The mentality is always the same - " MAKE MONEY"

Does anyone even care about the end result? The Customer? Do they care about quality?

Well, I can answer those questions for you  - NO THEY DON'T

Personally, If I was a pizza business owner, My own policy would be as follows: love it, Or its free.

Plain and simple, My own passion would be exactly duplicated into every single pizza that would be put on someones dinner table., But, Hey - that's just my own take on things.

Now let's talk about those that seem like they just don't care, Cause let's face it. Although you may have seen a commercial , Proclaiming a specific campaign, of Glam and Glitter, The end result is 

always the same, a Hyped up product, Backed up by all the corporate Hoopla, Only to have you suckered into a Product that is less than "Sub-Standard"

Don't kid yourself, Many of these companies now are in the rush to just " MAKE MONEY"

At what cost? Well there are things that they can do such as:

• Using "ARTIFICIAL" Cheeses
• Using "LESS" than the recommended amount of ingredients at any given time
• Substituting Genuine sauces for Cheap -ready home- made sauces
• Cutting vegetables smaller to use less

The list is Numerous, and would more than likely turn into a TLDR:, So with that said,

Here are the MOST recommended Restaurants that should be your goto's.

1.MOUNTAIN MIKES PIZZA

The price for pizza is Reasonable, and you can always get a good deal on a 2 for one.

Have been ordering for years, and they are very consistent.

2. BRONCO BILLY'S PIZZA PALACE

Another highly recommended place that is always a family favorite., Try to get there early,

Since the Dining room is small, It will fill-up quickly.

Always Has Been My own Goto, Generous portions that always gives you then sense that you got

more for you money.

3. ROUND TABLE PIZZA

A Good all around Goto if your not strapped for cash, Over the years , Round Table has gotten a bit more pricy, But happily , Pizza has NEVER Changed, Still good as ever!

4. SHAKERS PIZZA

One of the "Old" Pizzerias that still makes it the old fashioned way, and baked in "OLD" oven.

Trust me, The taste will knock your socks-off.!  

Now , Let's Round up the "WORST" in my own Opinion, Pizza restaurants that you should just , streer clear COMPLETELY.

1. DOMINO'S PIZZA

I have noticed a change in the company, ever since they lost Pepsi Co, that was part of their own brand, Since then, Pizza is nothing more than a Skimped out pie with very few topping that you can barely see, Or are not existent at all, in a Pie crust that will flop like any old piece of cardboard.

2. STRAW HAT PIZZA

Another one of those Pizza chains that 'USED' to be good, but follow suit with Domino's pizza inc.,

"LESS IS MORE".

3. PIZZA HUT

Another one of those pizza chains that just "Changed" and not for the better.

Family Fun Ruined By Compacency

Spring 2017 a warm beautiful sunny day! We had decided to have the family go on an outing.
Since hadn't gone to Santa Clara's Great America in a spell, we decided to give it a go.

Holy hell! Parking is 20$, (At least when I went last time it was far less than that.), Still - It felt good
to Have a Parking location that was safe and being monitored.

On this day, A friend of ours gave us some tickets, He is our local Bus driver where we live, and
gave us some that would allow us to get 1/2 the admission! Sweet!

Upon arriving, they had beefed up new security, Well - security does matter.
Got thru all that, then with a fist full of cash I went to the next open window to pay
4 admissions.

I was suddenly told that tickets were'nt valid for another month, I asked IF they could make an
exception, I mean.. I had a van full of eager teens wanting to go on the rides soo badly.

I was told that i could , Just by going over to guest services, OK, Piece of cake, No problem.
This is were there was a long line, gosh.. Lots of peeps here today.

finally got to the window, and I explained to the young man our situation, He was silent for moment,
Then he prompted me to ask IF anyone else had a season pass? Uh... no... Hello? Didn't I just tell you
how long it's been?
Well , then he said, Do you have a phone? You could get your tickets online.... Eh... Uh.. what?
I re-explained my self again.. and begged the man once more... I thought, they have to help us...
Why would someone turn away bussiness- right?

Well- this is were my hopes went south, again the man insisted on using a smartphone, Or ask anyone for a season pass so we could get the discount... ( As you can very well guess, no-one wanted to help us.)
 Finally my realization came up and the hard task to tell all those eagers teens ( who were already planning on which ride they wanted to go on.) was silinced by the news that we could not gain
admission. ( Since I only had cash from y paycheck.)
My cousins head hung low, as people stared on at us wondering what could be wrong.
Upon leaving, Which took roughly thru all this about 35 minutes, at the parking gate - I tried once more, and asked the attendant about a possible refund for parking, Since we were there only 30 minutes. I even explained to the parking attendant, and He was shocked as to why they didn't make an exception for us, ( Under his breath i heard they do for others..), So he went and got his supervisor.
and again I explained our ordeal... She smiled and said.. : NO REFUNDS.

AS this point our entire party was peeved, and The words Great America won't be mention for a very long long long time.

The End of the World as we know it

Most would , ( At least I do when I was very young,), A time when good values from your parents
Were taught. Indeed, even all of my relatives had the same ideals.
I'm talking about times when you could still find individuals that would still say " Yes Sir!" and
"No Sir!" respectively. The same would apply to the females , It would be "Yes Maa'am!" and
"No Maa'aam!".

No , I'm not racist by a long shot - But- often when I try to reason with other human beings
Often leads to me been told that "I'm racist"... wait- WHAT?
No one seems to care anymore - I witness all these events first hand- starting with our good old friend in  blue - The police - Yeah, forget it- You can call them one thousand times, and they still won't
come.
Then there are people who often speak with no eloquence, it's the equivalent of fecal matter being ejected from thier own apex. Often some individuals would often say "Ax", instead of just saying
"ask"- how is "Ax" proper English? And why does Society accept such things?
Don't get me started on fashion, Do you know how disgusting it is to see an a 20+ year old with his pants worn at his knees? Even more amazing that they can run dressed like that!

Often one would think that rules set in place by our good ol' goverment were set so that we as devoted civilans would follow them -NOPE
This also holds true mostly to Foriegners, whom claim " That they come from a land were they always do propers things every time."  Oh really? Then how in the world do these people just, Do whatever they want? These people never can read any signs of any sort, Yet- when you bring it to thier attention its usually followed by : " Oh ! I'm so sorry - it's my first time here, I won't do it
again." Yet they suddenly become repeat offenders day in and day out. It boils down to this -
THEY JUST DON'T CARE.
So where is all the enforcement that is supposed to take place? Yeah- you'll find that enforcement at your local Startbucks, and maybe if they feel like it, they will show up , Like hours later.
If someone is not physically hurt - Eh... Don't bother them, They only care about doughnuts and coffee. Perosnally I think what we need is another ALL OUT WAR, this- will open peoples eyes, and just maybe , just maybe they will care just a little bit.
Maybe I'm just old fashioned, then again - So are my parents and you know what?, I prefer it that way.

Over the years, there has been many advances, as many would expect- especially in technology.
Present day now, It is far less difficult to communicate. all these advances in technology has
even made it easier than ever to do your shopping - right fromt he comforts of your own home.

As I see it, there is an over abundance of these conviences- actually , A little too much if you ask me.
But, wait- Most individuals would just simply dismiss this notion and just say "So what"?
Well, this is what I call an " Overbalance". 
The scale has been tipped far to much in a single direction, Which is having great consequences.

But how so?, Nowadays, anyone ,anywhere , can do virtual almost anything from the sanctity of your living quarters, what used to be a routine of going to the Mall is gone.
Have you been to the Local mall lately? Maybe you should - You'll find a few stores open still,
But not for very long and look around - Where is everyone? - Yep - 'At home behind a computer'.

The same can be said about the movie theater, You can thank netflix, Hulu and host of others for that.

So how does this all tie into the fall of society? Well my dear friends, Quite simply put- The social
Interaction that used to be a part of everyday life, is gone. In it's wake - now you have individuals
Who really have no real world experience of "Actual" Social interaction.

And when these individuals do encounter some form of social activity, it's the equivalent of falling in love for the very time- (gosh I remember when that happened to me, I felt Like I was hit with a truckload of Bricks.). The reaction that most would take in this case , happen to be events , where people get physically hurt, and some even get killed.

Alright- so you might think that you are in the confines of a safe area and nothing could possibly
happen to you, think again. Without even thinking about it, Over time having to be in front of your computer in a small room often leads to early stages of PTSD. even worse, you start to gain weight
Because the routines of going out are gone.

Yeah... Technology is indeed great.
